Solid Gold is RCJL's major fundraising event of the year.  This event has established itself as an elegant, fun-filled evening of dining, dancing, and camaraderie of our East Bay community supporters.

Born from a vision of 'only the best for our residents' a small group of dedicated volunteers began the 27 year journey of Solid Gold events in 1982. An amazing $3 million plus has been raised over the years which has funded special services and programs including: the very popular Discover the Artist Within program, a full-time rabbi, 16-passenger buses, the Jewish County Connection van, as well as $835,000 toward the land purchase and capital campaign for the facility in Danville.                  You may purchase tickets now on our secure site

While RCJL has always been committed to assisting those who would otherwise find themselves unable to live at RCJL, in 2003 we created a dedicated Fund for this purpose. To help make this dream come true, the One Community Event is held each year in the Spring. This is a casual, intimate, and fun affair were all are welcome to join in a wonderful cause.
