(AHCA & NCAL) Step II Quality Award (Step 1 Quality Award 2004)
This industry award is quite an honor for our staff. Congratulations
! Recipients of the Step II award have demonstrated their ability to apply the core values and concepts of quality, adapted to the long term care environment from the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria for performance excellence. RCJL was one of nine applicants to receive Step II, and the only winner in California.
